Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to create a FourBalls account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fourballs.co.za if you suspect unauthorised use.

Organisers use the platform free of charge. Golf courses pay a recurring monthly subscription as displayed on the Pricing page. All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR), VAT inclusive where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel a course subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any South African law;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, including logos, photos, or sponsor artwork;
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or scrape the Service;
• Misrepresent your event, course, or affiliation to mislead players or sponsors.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (event names, descriptions, photos, sponsor logos). By uploading, you grant FourBalls a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content as needed to operate the Service — including showing your event on public pages and in directory listings.

Where the Service facilitates a payment from a player or sponsor to an organiser (e.g. team registration fees or sponsor contributions), FourBalls acts only as a facilitator. The organiser is responsible for delivery of the event, refunds, and any tax obligations.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FourBalls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from a cancelled event.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@fourballs.co.za.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll email registered users when changes are material; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be heard in the courts of the Western Cape.
