About FourBalls
The easiest way to run a
golf day in South Africa.
We built FourBalls because charity, school, and corporate organisers were running golf days on WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets — losing registrations, chasing payments, and missing out on sponsors.
Why we built it
A golf day raises money, builds community, and earns a course real revenue when it runs well. But the operational load — captains chasing payment, missing handicaps, sponsor logos in seven email threads — usually falls on volunteers. We wanted a single, opinionated product that handles all of it, beautifully.
Free for organisers, on purpose
Charging organisers per registration would mean charity events pay us a tax on every team that signs up. We don't want to be that. Courses pay a single monthly subscription, organisers run unlimited golf days, and nobody pays per ticket.
Built in Cape Town
We're a small team based in the Western Cape, working closely with the courses, organisers, and reps who use the platform every week. If something doesn't work for you, email us — we read everything.
