Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be listed as a golf course?

No. You can add any course — just type the name and address. If the course is on FourBalls, you can select it. If not, the course will receive an invitation to join.

How many players can register?

Unlimited. There's no cap on players, matches, or days.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Setting up is completely free. R299 is a once-off payment only when you're ready to go live and accept player registrations. No subscription, no per-player charges.

Can both team captains manage the event?

Yes. Both captains receive report emails. Captain A has dashboard login access and can manage everything.

How does live scoring work?

Each match gets a scoring link. The scorer enters results on their phone. The clubhouse TV leaderboard auto-refreshes every 10 seconds.

Can we get sponsors?

Yes. You can invite sponsors, track contributions, and display their logos on your event page.

What if our course isn't on FourBalls?

No problem. Type the course name when setting up. Your event works regardless — the course will receive an email invitation to join FourBalls.
